Purpose:

Provide ASU Library Science students an overview of the roles and responsibilities of the School Library Media Consultant and the Division of Digital Teaching and Learning at the NC Department of Public Instruction. Introduce future school library media coordinators to the rubric and professional standards used for NC evaluations.

Outcomes:

ASU Library Science students will understand the position of NCDPI's School Library Media Consultant and the Division of Digital Teaching and Learning.
ASU Library Science students will review resources available through the Division of Digital Teaching and Learning to support school library media coordinators.
ASU Library Science students will examine the NC evaluation rubric for school library media coordinators.
